Champion Painting Specialty Services (Champion) is a Union Contractor with offices located throughout the United States and the US Territory of Guam. The organization has ongoing projects nationwide and is continuously seeking candidates to join our team of professionals.

Industrial Painter Responsibilities

Painting large structures inclusive of bridges, tanks, military bases, arenas etc.
Cleaning surfaces prior to layering paint.
Maintaining technical equipment for the job and ensuring that they are in working order.
Handling a wide array of painting tools, including thin and thick brushes, airbrushes, and rollers.
Ensuring that high safety standards are met.
Ensuring proper ventilation after paint is applied.

Apprentice Qualifications

Valid Driver License and Reliable transportation
OSHA 10
Pulmonary function and respirator fit test
Suspended Scaffold Training Card
High reach/ Manlift Training Card
First Aid/ CPR Card
Fall Protection Card
Confined Space Card (if required by project)
