Safety Program

Safety isn’t just a priority; it’s non-negotiable. Our in-house team of safety experts lead a proactive program that exceeds OSHA and EPA standards. Safety is discussed daily at the leadership, operations, and craft level. This ensures that safety is always at the forefront and keeps an open line of communication between all employees that allows us to proactively address potential safety issues and keep our employees accountable at every level. Every team member plays a key role in fostering a culture where safety is everyone’s responsibility.

Safety Training

We believe safety is built through training, leadership, and daily discipline. That’s why our leaders are certified with OSHA 30 or higher and we provide safety training to each and every team member on a job site before any project is started. Our teams also complete specialized safety courses to support continuous improvement, including those available at local union halls. As a proud Union Signatory Member, these certifications are offered as value-added programs for our members.

Quality Assurance

Quality defines how we work at every level of Champion. That is why quality assurance is built into our processes, upheld by every team member, and reflected in the results we deliver. Our commitment to quality applies to every step of our process, from the people we hire to the materials we use on the job site. We approach each project with precision, discipline, and pride because we believe lasting outcomes and strong reputations are earned through consistently excellent work.

Quality Performance

To support our high standards, Champion maintains a portfolio of nationally recognized quality certifications and programs. These credentials demonstrate our technical expertise and ability to meet the most demanding industry and regulatory requirements. They also reflect our culture of continuous improvement and our commitment to delivering dependable, high-performance results on every project.
