Champion Specialty Services played a pivotal role in the Bruckner Expressway rehabilitation, delivering large-scale infrastructure support with precision and safety. The project involved the installation of over 960,000 square feet of SafeSpan platform, ensuring secure access for crews and equipment during the extensive restoration work. Champion expertly managed the blasting and painting of 1.54 million square feet of steel, safeguarding the structural integrity of the expressway while enhancing its longevity. Additionally, they applied 300,000 square feet of concrete sealer to protect surfaces from moisture and deterioration, and 167,000 square feet of anti-graffiti coating to preserve the structure’s appearance and reduce long-term maintenance costs. This comprehensive scope of work demonstrated Champion’s capacity to execute complex, high-volume projects while meeting stringent safety and quality standards.
