Fernandez, a partner at DF Lawyers in Miami, brings a wealth of experience in complex commercial litigation, employment and business defense, regulatory compliance and international negotiations for companies that range from startups to multinational corporations.

Before practicing law, he founded and operated publicly and privately held manufacturing corporations in the defense sector and served as an advisor to several government agencies. Mr. Fernandez also holds a J.D., cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law and a B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Louisville.
His diverse background and strategic legal insight make him a key asset in guiding Champion through complex legal landscapes while supporting its continued growth and operational excellence.
